So, today was a cool day for us. Up at 5:15am to surprise Chris Moyles and play Star Girl live for him on Radio One. Hopefully he enjoyed “McFlyday” live! We then had a few hours to kill and walked bloody miles (thanks Fletch ha!) to grab some eggyweggies for breakfast before heading back to the BBC for the Live Lounge with the lovely Fearne.  

Always nervous doing a cover for the live lounge and today was no exception especially since we did a song that is still a hit (and going to beat us in the charts this week!) and also by Taio Cruz who we’ve done some writing with recently. But, we made it through to the other side without any hiccups so hopefully everyone enjoyed it! I think it might be my favourite cover we’ve done! 

Then it was off for some tv interviews and another performance of Party Girl. Think we were all in that surreal, tired frame of mind for the rest of the day which resulted in us having a Butty bundle on the sofa before our interview on T4. 

Had a fruit juggling session which led to the contents of the fruit bowl being scattered around our dressing room before we left which is becoming a bit of an unintentional calling card. So, if you’re ever in a dressing room with orange stains on the ceiling, you know who was there before you…McFLY: The Fruity Bandits!
